I’m surprised to see little to no participation from the residents outside the immediate proximity of the golf course.
Most people don’t realize how a development of this size can impact their lives until it happens, and that’s too late to do anything about it. The time to get involved is NOW!
I highlighted the map around this area to show how the community will be impacted by added traffic (I’m not sure images can be attached here, does anyone know how?), and other city services like schools.
There are 4 schools immediately near this zone, and all will be impacted by new residents with kids. A very simple estimation based on the numbers proposed by the builder would add over 3,000 additional cars on the streets. Local schools will likely have to accommodate additional 1,000 children. San Ramon has had tremendous residential growth as of late and the impact from added traffic alone can be felt as far as Pleasanton, Dublin, and other nearby cities. Even remotely considering this proposal would be blatant failure by city planning and council to fulfill their duty to the residents of San Ramon.

If you send me an image of the map I’ll post it for you.
