The workshop before the scheduled Planning Commission Meeting is a presentation about the State Density Law. I don’t know if this would be of interest to those people who were concerned about the bonus density discussion at the last Council meeting or not.

It might be a good idea for committee to survey each City Council member and each member of the Planning Commission monthly, or at least quarterly, to make sure they continue a hard stance on retaining our golf course zoning. We want to insure that the SRGC owners can not influence our representatives, thanks.

      Good suggestion.

However, each council member and planning commission member is reluctant to state a position about something that has not yet come before them. To do so would give Mr. Richards a reason to sue because of perceived bias by either the Planning Commission or City Council. All we can do is to present our cause to them and hope they will be with us when the time comes.
